Hayley finds her purpose in helping others, and particularly enjoys taking the time to ensure patients and their loved ones are well informed and feel empowered throughout their hearing healthcare journey. Hayley was drawn to audiology after witnessing how vital and meaningful sensory restoration can be for individuals and those around them.

Before joining the Knox Audiology family, Hayley studied and completed her Master’s degree at Macquarie University in Sydney for two years. Prior to this, Hayley studied a Bachelor of Science degree at The University of Melbourne.

Hayley enjoys making a difference to the lives of all patients and listening to how treatment and management plans have made a real difference to their lives and overall wellbeing. This includes annual hearing tests, hearing aid appointments and auditory processing assessments.

In her spare time, Hayley enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family and pets, cooking and listening to music!
